 Angkor Wat should really be known as a wonder because it is the largest temple in 
the world. The temple was built around the year 1100 to honor a Hindu God, but over 
the next three centuries it became a Buddhist religious center. The area surrounding the 
temple, Angkor Thom, used to be a royal capital city. In the early 15th century, the 
Khmer rulers moves to Phnom Penh and Angkor Wat was quiet. It now is a famous 
tourist attraction.

Reading 2.
 Dalat is the capital of Lam Dong province in Viet Nam. Its name derives from 
 the language of the local ethnic group Lat and its meaning is “Stream of the Lat”. In 
 Viet Nam, Dalat is a popular tourist destination. It is famous for its temperature 
 climate, beautiful sights such as waterfalls and lakes. It is also famous for 
 vegetables and flowers such as orchids and roses. There is wine – making industry, 
 too. The average temperature is 170C, and doesn’t rise above 190C in the hotest 
 season. It’s temperature climate is ideal for agricultural production.

 Once there was a girl called Cinderella who did all the work in the kitchen while
