 PASSIVE VOICE
I. OBJECTIVES: 
1. Knowledge, skills and attitude
*Knowledge: :After the lesson Ss can use passive voice fluently.
a. Vocabulary: The lexical items related to languages and language use and learning. 
b. Grammar: past simple, present simple, future simple
*. Skill: writing
*. Attitude: love the subject, love English.
2. Competences
 - Self-study ability;
 - Communicative ability;
 - Co-operative ability;
 - Problem solving and creation ability.
II. PREPARATION: 
1. Teacher: - Materials: Ss’ books, text books
 - Method: group work, individual work
2. Ss: vocabulary , Textbooks, notebooks, pens, rulers.vocabulary
III. PROCEDURES: 
1. Class order: Greeting, checking attendance, asking for date 
2. Checking up:

Task 1: Rewrite the following sentences in passive voice.
1. Mary does some exercises everyday.
2. My aunt makes a good cake.
3. Workers repair the roof of my school.
4. The new teacher teaches English.
5. Sleepy drivers often cause accidents.
6. English people like football.
7. Alice visits her grandparents every week.
8. My grandfather keeps old photographs in these boxes.
9. Bill feeds the chickens every morning.
10. Does Tom break that window?
Task 2: Rewrite the following sentences in passive voice.
11. Monica found the car.
12. A violent storm destroyed the fishing village.
13. The lawyer made the decision.
14. Did your daughter eat that pie ?
16. Her husband didn’t love her.
17. They invited a lot of people to their party last night.
18. Christopher discovered America in 1492.
19. Last night, our grandmother told us a very interesting story.

Task 3: Rewrite the following sentences in passive voice.
1. Students will use public transport to go to school.
2. Solar power will generate a great deal of electricity this summer. 3. Will they install the solar panels on the roof of the house tomorrow?
4. Local people won't burn plants to heat this winter.
5. The smoke from factories will pollute the air.
6. They will build a hydro power station in this area.
